The program runs for 6 months and is built around three key pillars:

1. Learning

Students will access comprehensive courses in the following 3 IT categories:

1. Programming & Software Development

• Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, Rust
• Software engineering practices, Git/GitHub, design patterns

2. Web Development

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue
• Backend: Node.js, Django, Spring Boot
• Full-stack development

3. Mobile App Development

• Android (Kotlin, Java), iOS (Swift)
• Cross-platform: Flutter, React Native

2. Projects

Knowledge without practice is incomplete. That’s why every student will be required to work on:

• Mini-projects throughout the program to reinforce learning.
• A final capstone project at the end of the 6 months, demonstrating mastery in their chosen track.

These projects will be evaluated based on innovation, problem-solving, technical expertise, and presentation.

3. Ranking & Employment

At the end of the program:

• Students will be ranked based on their final project, participation, and overall performance.
• The Top 3 students from each university will be offered employment opportunities with us, allowing them to kickstart their careers right after school.
